"Be yourself. Be grateful, patient, kind and loving. Do the little things that are asked of you with great care for these are the things one can do with the greatest love." -- St. Theresa the Little Flower

St. Theresa was a feisty little thing. She was sensitive and precocious and had big dreams of becoming a Carmelite nun. The world came to know St. Theresa in her autobiography, "Story of a Soul." She described her life as living in the presence of God's love and taught that if we tended to the world from a spiritual standpoint of love, everything would be returned in love. She loved flowers and she saw herself as the "Little Flower" who gave glory to God just by being herself. Thus today's message of being yourself...

Today's Meditation and prayer...
"Today I will be myself. In all things that I do I will express love, gratitude and kindness knowing that it is by these little things that God's love is expressed to those around me."

It is commonly known that St. Theresa will appear to those in need via the scent of roses, actual roses, or sometimes images of roses.
