This page contains answers to many of the questions I've received regarding my reading
style, what to expect in an EFT/Intuitive session, and miscellaneous info.
If your question has not been covered here, please feel free to contact me.
What exactly is an open "channel" for the Divine? As an open channel, I experience the following: Precognition; Clairaudience -clear hearing; Clairscentience - clear feeling; Clairalience - clear smelling, and Clairvoyance - clear seeing. This allows me to impart, to the best of my knowledge, information to those seeking clarity on a variety of topics to include health, prosperity, love and career.
This God-sourced information comes to me in a variety of ways: Sometimes it is an immediate "knowing" or understanding of a situation. Other times I see images similar to still photos, feel emotion, hear instruction, or I am shown a "episodes" of the person's lifetime. The later being similar to an old-fashioned movie. Using this information, I am able to help people understand what has happened to them in the past and how they can change it in the future, that is, if they wish it to be so.
Keeping that in mind, I must mention that we are all here to "experience" life. Sometimes we need the "lesson" repeatedly so we can learn and move forward spiritually. Until the point is understood, the lesson re-appears continually. Again, all information I received is from a God source. I have learned to live in service of and trust in God.
Do others, especially those in your family have this ability? I was adopted at a very young age so I do not know the answer to that.
What made you aware of your gifts? As a child, I received auditory messages. At the time, I certainly didn't understand them or who provided them, but I saw them as a great source of mental comfort. Many times they would be messages that warned me not to do certain things and so I would heed them and stay out of trouble.
As a teenager, I started to received messages that had a physical sensation, such as smell, attached to them. I could and can still feel those who have departed around me. (When you pass over you hold your last vibration. This helps those on this plane be in a place of "knowing" when you are in their energy field. You will often hear people say, "I felt them near me!" or if they've had a visitation, you will feel as if the details and the experience were "vivid.") Personally, I can definitely identify when family is with me. My father because of a certain smell/scent and my brother because of his energy field/sensation. My mom was very vocal in this lifetime so I "hear" mom whenever she is around.
After my recovery from a life-threatening illness, I started to seriously explore my spiritual path. This was due in part to the promise that I had made to the Divine while gravely ill. Over a course of time, I was gradually made aware of being a conduit for healing others.
How has your abilities enhanced your life personally and professionally? Knowing that there is truly no separation from the Divine has afforded me great comfort both professionally and personally. I am also a florist and a jewelry designer by trade. Usually I feel the urge to create a certain piece of jewelry or place something in a floral arrangement that I normally would not. Usually, this 'item' has great meaning to the client receiving it.
When I am creating a gift in memory of a person who has passed, there are times when a person's spirit comes to me and speaks to me of their life and of those still on this dimension. They usually tell me about their lifetime on this earthly plane and who they are still concerned for. As well, when I am creating for a client who is gravely ill, I am made aware that the person is near death and usually a time frame is given to me. At times I have seen spirit waiting for them to cross over.
While I never would have imagined that I would be engaged in Medium work (someone who receives information from deceased persons or entities in the spirit world,) as of late, I understand that it is a greater part of my life path. Having this type of closure allows people to complete the grieving process and offers positive affirmation that spirit is still with us. *All mediums are psychic but all psychics are not mediums.
In my personal life, my abilities have helped me to become more loving, compassionate and understanding of those around me. I understand that in order for those I love to spiritually grow, I must step aside and let the Divine guide them. At times I am told that I may not read a client under any circumstance. I understand that means a huge shift is about to occur for this person but they must seek and follow their own inner guidance and not any one elses.
Any advice to those looking to consult with an intuitive? Word-of-mouth is always a wonderful way to connect with someone but if you have no referral, I would recommend the following:
1. Always follow your own "gut" feeling or heart about the reader. You can't go wrong with that. Be aware of how you emotionally feel around them. If you feel threatened or uncomfortable in any way (examples are: tell you that if you don't give them more money bad things will happen to you or your family, you need to pay them more for more info, etc.) get up and leave. You have every right to do so. Know that God-sourced information will NEVER be harmful or make you feel threatened.
2. You might ask if they specialize in something that is of interest to you. Observe if you can, how they interact with clients. Nowadays you can go to psychic fairs and observe an energy exchange. Also, ask the person that has just received the reading how their experience was. Most of the time they speak their truth.
3. Also keep in mind, a psychic is not infallible. Many are quite accurate but we're human not God. Anyone that claims to do so is not telling you the truth.
4. Remember, I am only an instrument of the Divine and as such the healing works "through" me. I do not heal people. ONLY the Divine has the ability to do so. I am also not a doctor or lawyer so I cannot under mandate of law dispense medical advice or opinion.
5. Another point to remember is that paying MORE for a reading does not necessarily insure that it will be a better reading. I know some very intuitive and talented readers who do NOT charge very much for their readings. The only difference between a reader who charges $350 versus another who charges $50 is their alignment with their OWN worthiness of having.
How do you impart the information you receive to clients? In the most loving, nurturing, non-judgmental way possible. Much of the information I receive appears to me in the form of knowing. I understand where the root of where the problem manifested and how the client can best move through it. I am very honest with my clients and I try to impart humor along the way. I teach clients how to be responsible for their state of health and well-being and I try my best to leave my clients in a state of hope and growth.
"In a personal reading, I won't tell clients what they want to hear;
I share with them the truth of their existence.
Knowledge is the first step to self-enlightenment."
What do you specialize in? I have devoted my path to spiritual healing including but not limited to: Karmic Healing, Reiki, Theta, EFT, medium-ship, color & sound attunement. More importantly, I help clients become responsible for their own lives. The clients that I usually attract are on a serious mission to find out what their life path is and are interested in investing the time and energy necessary in helping themselves. They typically "know" they have come here for a specific purpose and need validation or true understanding of what that purpose is. Clients who contact me for Mediumship Services seek information from Spirit. This information helps them to heal and give closure.
In helping a client, I do not predominately focus on one issue. As I see it, one issue is only part of the whole. I give the client a reading of what has happened past, present and future if it is presented to me that way. Sometimes the information comes in later on in the session as the puzzle starts fitting together.
More often than not, the information I receive does not focus on a client's ability to obtain money, such as winning the lottery. While I wholeheartedly believe that abundance is a Divine gift, most often a person is not ready mentally or spiritually for a windfall of prosperity. I feel that when a person has released negative beliefs about money at a cellular level and answered the calling of their soul, meaning that they love what they are doing, money will flow easily to them. Some of the most sorrowful people on the planet do not lack money but lack the spirituality needed to enjoy it.
Do you use any tools such as Tarot cards in your intuitive work? I have to be a little honest here. Since I developed my intuitive abilities without the use of the Tarot, I didn't know there was another way to read. I just learned to access the information, decipher it, and go with it.
Lately though, I've found myself becoming more interested in working with the pendulum and the Tarot and I have been using these tools in some of my readings. What I've found is that they add another dimension to the readings and it helps makes the information my guides are gifting me, clearer.
Most of the time though, it's easier for me to go with what I know.
How much time do you spend with a client? I currently offer a variety of readings but generally I stop when the information received is enough for my client. It helps so as not to overload them.
Do you see auras? I have only visually seen an aura once and I did not understand what it was. It was so beautiful and I will never forget the experience. What I experience is vibration and color in a client's auric space. That being said, I still work at having the experience of it again.
NOTE:
As far as gifts, this is hard for people to swallow but I believe that as much as we want a certain gift, I believe we are given what we need. Like anything, as we progress spiritually, more may be given. This is my own personal example: For a long time, I really, really, wanted to physically see auras. Can I? No... only once. That was Spirit's one-time gift to me and sadly I didn't know what it was when it was shown to me. Would "seeing" auras help me? Maybe... but I compensate by "feeling" them. I am comfortable knowing that Spirit believes that this is the best way for me to "see" them.
The real question should be, "Why do we want these gifts?" or "What's in it for me if I am gifted with this ability?" Is it so that we can brag that you are psychic or are you going to use your gifts for altruistic measures? For example: Mediumship helps loved ones deal with a painful loss through loving closure. This work should not be done for self-gratification or ego.
Trust that you are given what you need, when you need it. As your work in the psychic arts becomes stronger, Spirit may gift you with more abilities. You will be gifted what you need, not necessarily what you want. Have faith, be grateful and walk hand-in-hand with spirit.
Do you read past lives? Rarely.
What do you think of past lives? I'm neutral. What interests me is how we can get the most out of our "here and now."
How do you prepare for a session? I meditate, I work within a sacred space, and I pray that I am a pure conduit of His love and clear guidance. When you are in the presence of the Divine, Spirit Guides, Angels and Masters, the love you receive is so pure you can't explain it. It is wondrous to behold. I wish that everyone could have this experience.
How should a client prepare for a session? I feel what is most important is to be mentally "present" during your session. (I am an Empath so when I am in your space I "feel" what you are actually doing. It's important to be in a quiet space, free of interruption and movement.) Come to the session with pure intention and be open to whatever information is gifted to you that day and know that you will walk away with information that will help you move forward. Sometimes you may receive information that you may or may not want to hear. Remember, the information is there to help you if you choose to do something with it. The past cannot be re-written but we can certainly script our own future. Also, drink water: it will help you stay grounded and disperse energy.
Describe an intuitive session? Prior to our first meeting, all of the information regarding how I conduct my reading is given to a client. I usually start with a declaration followed by invocation. I then *enter a person's auric space. I then relay what information I am given. I do NOT ask for any information prior to the session and I always ask for their questions at the end of the session. I then end with a prayer of gratitude. (*If I am meeting a client in person, the only difference is that I may hold their hand for part of the session or tap on them with permission but I do not touch any other part of their body.)
Again, it is better for me NOT to know any information prior to a reading so that I can get a accurate picture of the information received. If necessary, I then will guide a client to use EFT to remove blocks and when necessary, utilize energy work to smooth the auric field. This may include color and toning attunement. Sound when hummed, it a powerful healing modality.
What course study have you taken to prepare you? I am a certified EFT Practitioner, Reiki and Theta Healer. I have also studied Feng Shui, Numerology, and La Ho Chi energy healing. Recently I have been working with clients and shifting their vibration using Ascension Work, DNA Activation and cellular clearing. This helps clients dump negative beliefs that are held at a cellular level. I believe this is very important as it makes us a clearer channel for our life's work. It also helps clients with attaining and hold higher vibrational levels thus attracting or manifesting extraordinary, positive experiences into your life.
All that being said, I really don't have a name for my work. I think all of us who practice this craft work within their own personal methodology. I have been certified in the healing arts because I was drawn to the work and also because some clients feel more comfortable attaching a name to your method of practice.
What does your typical work day look like? In the morning and in the evening after dinner. I have a daily routine whereby upon rising, I say morning prayers, work on my belief set using EFT, meditate and exercise. I feel rested and at my best after that routine. Depending up the day, the first round of sessions usually starts at 9 a.m. and then lasts until noon. I usually take about an hour break and then I start again at 1 and end at 5. I usually break for dinner and then take my last round of readings from 8 p.m. until 10 p.m. Then, I usually spend at least one hour a night practicing old or new reading techniques.
Are you religious or spiritual? Today I consider myself to be very spiritual. By that I mean, I have found a deep connection with God that I didn't find when I was attending a conventional church. I was raised Catholic and lived across the street from a convent and church. I was heavily influenced by the Church so much so that I wanted to be a nun when I grew up. Today my belief is that you can be religious and spiritual but not necessarily need religion to be spiritual.
How many times will you read for a client in a six-month period? I see each client on an as-needed basis but usually clients get so much information during their 60-minute reading that they generally don't call again for another 3 months.
My ultimate goal is to inspire clients to work with the information that is received. The Divine is giving us a chance to help ourselves so He first gives us small steps to take. If He sees that you are willing to do the work, then more steps are given. He is looking for an investment of time and above all, dedication to your path no matter how rocky it may seem at times. It is not a test per se, but perhaps a way of showing you that the path you are considering may not be where your passion lies.
When you are on the right path, you are resolute in your commitment. You never waiver and the same pull to your work never ceases. It is then that miracles start to happen and the doors open wide for you. When you are not, nothing seems to work out in your favor. Again, it is not always an easy path to walk but when you are committed, you seem to be in the flow.
Do you always receive information for a client? No. Sometimes I am blocked. It does not happen often but I cannot force information to manifest. Also, I do not claim to be 100% accurate. Some readers may have a high percentage of accuracy but if they tell you they are 100% accurate, you may want to reconsider a reading with them. What I can do for you is give you my very best on the day of the reading. If no information comes in for you or if I am unable to read that day I will stop the reading and I will re-book your appointment for another day. If you do not care to re-book, that's understandable. I will refund your money.
I try my best to decipher the information that is given me and then pass this on to you. Some of it will be correct; some will not. Some of the information will not make sense to you now, however, in the future it may become apparent to you. You will know instinctively what information is right for you. Sometimes it will come in the form of "knowing" or a "gut" feeling. Go with it. Know one knows you better than you. The information I give is meant to empower and aid you from a different vantage point. That being said, "Buckle up, Map Quest your life's direction and be the driver of YOUR own spiritual car."
Do you always remember what you tell clients in an intuitive session? Sometimes but not often. Since I read so many people, I do not always remember what information is imparted. A client may tape the session if they wish. In fact, I prefer that they do so they can be mentally present for their reading.
When I am giving information, the information just flows out of me or is shown to me and I just go with it. When I am reading or giving an EFT session, I connect and plugged into another dimension that feeds me the information. Again, I believe that the dimension is God-sourced. As well, I don't think that I couldn't possibly store that much information in my head! If a client jogs my memory, some of the information may come back to me but not all of it.
Any final words? Above all, TRUST that there is a plan and that is where absolute faith comes in. Sometimes it is a leap of faith but you will know you are on the right path when it is something you love to do and it comes effortlessly to you. We were all born with the need to fulfill a passionate desire or life path. The hardest part for most is to figure out what that is. Usually it is something that was right in front of you the whole time. Money and earthly desires have a way of blinding us to that truth.
