Empaths are individuals who possess the unique ability to sense and feel the emotions and energies of others. One interesting phenomenon that has been observed among empaths is their ability to manifest material things quickly, especially during the New and Full Moons.

There are several reasons why are able to do this. One possible explanation is their heightened sense of intuition. Empaths are often able to sense what is coming their way before it actually manifests in their physical reality. This allows them to be more in tune with the energies around them and to recognize when something is about to happen. This can manifest as a self-fulfilling prophecy, where the empath's intuitive sense of what is to come helps to bring it about more quickly.

Another reason why empaths may be able to manifest material things quickly is their strong sense of intentionality. They are highly focused individuals who are often deeply committed to their goals and aspirations. This focused intentionality can help them to manifest their desires more quickly and effectively. By visualizing what they want and focusing their energies on it, empaths can bring about the material things they desire more quickly than others.

Finally, empaths tend to have a highly positive and optimistic outlook on life. They believe in the power of positivity and are often able to maintain a sense of hope and optimism even in difficult situations. This positive outlook can help to attract positive experiences and opportunities into their lives, including material possessions.

Personal Example:
As an empath, I have experienced the ability to manifest material things quickly in my own life. A few years ago, I was in a job that I found unfulfilling and stressful. I knew that I wanted to leave and work for myself as an intuitive consultant full time, but I was unsure of what that change would look like.

I began by using a well-thought-out ritual process then visualizing the type of ideal clients I wanted to work with and focusing on the specific outcomes and services that were important to me and my clients — specifically how much money I wanted to make per day/week/month and I what new service-offerings clients were asking for. I also maintained a positive and optimistic outlook, believing that the right clients would present themselves.

Within a few days, my ideal clients started booking in with me and I was able to create a full-time consultancy practice. I believe that I was able to manifest this opportunity quickly because of my strong intentionality, positive outlook, and heightened sense of intuition.

If you're still trying to manifest $$$ like a MUGGLE, then you're doing it wrong. If you're interested in learning how I did it, here is the Step-by-Step Manifestation Process that I used:

Step 1. Visualize what you want: Start by visualizing the specific thing you want to manifest. Focus on the details and qualities that are important to you.
Visualization is a powerful tool that can help to bring your desires into reality. When you visualize what you want, you are creating a mental image of it in your mind. This image helps to focus your energy and attention on your desire, making it more likely to manifest in your physical reality.

When visualizing what you want, it is important to focus on the details and qualities that are important to you. For example, if you want to manifest a new job, visualize yourself in your ideal job, doing the work you love, and feeling fulfilled and happy. Focus on the details of the job, such as the location, the type of work you are doing, and the people you are working with. This level of detail helps to make the visualization more real and vivid in your mind.

Here are some tips for effective visualization:
  1. Get into a relaxed state: Before you begin visualizing, take some time to relax and calm your mind. You can do this through meditation, deep breathing, or other relaxation techniques. The more relaxed and focused you are, the more effective your visualization will be.
  2. Use all of your senses: When you visualize, try to use all of your senses to make the image as vivid as possible. For example, if you are visualizing a beach vacation, imagine the feel of the warm sun on your skin, the sound of the waves crashing, the smell of the ocean, and the taste of the salt in the air.
  3. Focus on the positive: When visualizing, it is important to focus on the positive aspects of what you want. Avoid any negative thoughts or doubts that may come up. Instead, focus on the feelings of joy, happiness, and fulfillment that come with having what you want.
  4. Visualize regularly: To make your visualization more effective, make it a regular practice. Set aside time each day to visualize what you want, and focus on the details and qualities that are important to you.
  5. Believe in yourself: Finally, it is important to believe in yourself and in your ability to manifest what you want. Trust that the universe is working to bring your desires to you, and stay positive and focused on your goals.

Step 2. Set your intention: Set a clear intention for what you want to manifest. Write it down and repeat it to yourself often.
Setting a clear intention is a key step in the manifestation process. When you set a clear intention for what you want to manifest, you are declaring to the universe what you desire and focusing your energy on it. This helps to bring your desires into reality more quickly and effectively.

Here are some tips for setting a clear intention:
  1. Be specific: When setting your intention, be as specific as possible about what you want to manifest. For example, if you want to manifest a new job, be specific about the type of job you want, the location, the salary, and the company culture.
  2. Use positive language: When setting your intention, use positive language that focuses on what you want, rather than what you don't want. For example, instead of saying "I don't want to be stuck in my current job," say "I want a fulfilling and exciting new job that allows me to use my skills and passions."
  3. Write it down: Writing down your intention can help to make it more real and concrete in your mind. Write your intention on a piece of paper or in a journal, and keep it somewhere you can see it regularly.
  4. Repeat it often: To reinforce your intention, repeat it to yourself often. You can do this through affirmations, visualization, or simply reminding yourself of your intention throughout the day.
Believe in your intention: Finally, it is important to believe in your intention and in your ability to manifest what you want. Trust that the universe is working to bring your desires to you, and stay positive and focused on your goals.

  5. Visualize success: Visualizing success can help to reinforce a positive outlook and create a positive energy that attracts positive experiences and opportunities. Imagine yourself already having what you want, and focus on the positive feelings and emotions that come with it.

Focusing your energy is a crucial step in manifesting what you desire. By directing your energy towards your goals, you are creating a powerful force that helps to attract the people, circumstances, and opportunities that can help make your desires a reality.

Here are some tips for focusing your energy:
  1. Be clear on your desires: To focus your energy, you need to be clear on what you want to manifest. Spend time getting clear on your desires and write them down if it helps. The more specific and detailed you can be, the better.
  2. Use techniques such as meditation or visualization: Meditation and visualization are powerful tools that can help you to stay focused on your desires. By practicing these techniques regularly, you can create a strong and focused energy that helps to attract what you want.
  3. Stay positive and focused: To maintain a strong energy, it is important to stay positive and focused on your goals. Avoid negative thoughts or doubts that can distract you from your desires.
  4. Take inspired action: Focusing your energy is not just about thinking positive thoughts. It also requires taking inspired action towards your desires. Look for opportunities and take action towards your goals, even if they are small steps.

As an empath, you have a heightened sense of intuition. You pick up on the energy of people and situations, and this can give you insights and guidance that others may not have.

However, for many empaths, trusting their intuition can be a challenge. This is often because their intuitive abilities were not validated, confirmed when they were younger, or never heard, “You were right!” They may have been taught to prioritize logic over feelings, or to disregard their emotions in favor of pleasing others. This can lead to a sense of mistrust in one's own inner voice, and an unwillingness to listen to and act on intuitive guidance.

When you don't trust your intuition, you may find yourself second-guessing your decisions, feeling unsure of yourself, and experiencing a sense of disconnect from your inner voice. You may also be more prone to making decisions based on logic or other people's opinions, rather than trusting your own inner guidance.

On the other hand, when you do trust your intuition, you can tap into a powerful source of guidance that can help you navigate your life with more ease and grace. You may find that your decisions are more aligned with your true purpose and that you experience a greater sense of flow and synchronicity in your life.

In order to develop trust requires a willingness to let go of old patterns and beliefs and to open yourself up to the possibility that your inner voice is a valid and reliable source of guidance. Here are some step-by-step actions you can take to start trusting your intuition:
  1. Acknowledge past experiences that led to mistrusting your intuition
  2. Start listening to your inner voice on a regular basis
  3. Pay attention to physical sensations and emotions that arise when making decisions
  4. Practice meditation and other mindfulness techniques to quiet the mind
  5. Experiment with small decisions and act on intuitive impulses
  6. Reflect on past experiences where intuition proved accurate
  7. Surround yourself with supportive individuals who encourage intuition
  8. Stay open-minded and curious, and continue to develop your intuitive abilities over time.

​Personal Example:
​As an empath, I have always had
strong intuition, but there have been times when I didn't trust my inner guidance. One such instance occurred when I had an idea for a new fitness class that combined elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. At the time, I was an adult student of ballet, and I noticed that the classes help me quickly tone and strengthen my body without putting too much stress on my joints.

I thought to myself, "What if I could create a workout that combined the grace and strength of ballet with the mind-body benefits of yoga and Pilates?" I was excited about the idea and felt that it had the potential to be a hit. (I even went as far as purchasing a ballet bar for my own gym)

However, I quickly dismissed the idea because I wasn’t a ‘professional’ ballet dancer. I felt that I wasn't qualified to teach a class that involved ballet movements, and I didn't want to risk looking foolish in front of everyone so I let the idea go.

Several years later, I discovered that the concept I had thought of had been developed by someone else and had become a popular fitness trend: Barre classes. I was surprised and disappointed that I had let my lack of confidence in my abilities prevent me from pursuing an idea that had the potential to be successful.

Looking back on that experience, I realized that I had let my fear and self-doubt override my intuition. My inner guidance had told me that the idea had potential, but I had dismissed it because I didn't trust myself. If I had listened to my intuition and taken the time to explore the idea further, I may have been able to bring it to life and create a successful business around it.

In summary, it's important to recognize that your intuition is a valuable tool that can help you navigate your life with more ease and grace. While it can be challenging to trust your inner voice, learning to do so can be a transformative experience that can lead to greater clarity, purpose, and fulfillment.

This can take many forms, from negative entities and energy vampires to hexes and curses, and can have a profound impact on one's emotional and physical well-being.

One of the most important things that empaths can do to protect themselves is to cleanse their energy on a frequent basis. This can be done through a variety of methods, such as meditation, energy healing, and smoke clearing. Cleansing your energy can help to remove any negative energy that you may have absorbed from others, and can also help to protect you from future negative energy.

Another important aspect of protecting yourself as an empath is to learn how to recognize and avoid negative entities and people. This may include people who are unpleasant, negative, or predatory in nature. It is important to be aware of these individuals and to take action against them, whether that means setting boundaries, ending relationships, or seeking help from a professional.

In addition to recognizing and avoiding negative entities and people, empaths should also be aware of the possibility of bewitched or possessed objects. These objects may have been cursed or used to control people's thoughts and actions, and can have a powerful negative impact on an empath's energy. As an empath, I have personally experienced the negative effects of curses and energy thought-form attachments. I remember one time, I was cursed by someone who was jealous of my success. I started having suicidal thoughts and felt trapped in a negative cycle. It was challenging for me to find a way to cleanse my energy and remove the curse but once I realized that I had the ‘power’ to remove it, I felt like a new person. My energy was restored and my mind was clear.

Manifestation is the process of bringing your thoughts, emotions, and energy into alignment with your goals and desires in order to make them a reality. However, when your energy is cluttered or blocked, it can prevent you from manifesting your goals and desires, even if you are putting in the necessary effort.

Energy is the foundation of the manifestation process. Your energy is the vibration that you emit, and it is this vibration that attracts experiences and circumstances into your life. When your energy is in alignment with your goals and desires, it sends a clear message to the universe that you are ready to receive them. However, when your energy is cluttered or blocked, it sends a conflicting message, and it can create a barrier to manifesting your goals.

One way that energy can become cluttered or blocked is through negative thoughts and emotions. Negative thoughts and emotions, such as fear, doubt, and anger, can create energy blocks that prevent the manifestation process. Negative thoughts and emotions can also attract negative experiences and circumstances, which can further block the manifestation process.

Another way that energy can become cluttered or blocked is through external influences, such as the energy of others. The energy of others can affect your own energy, and if you are surrounded by negative or draining energy, it can block your ability to manifest your goals and desires. In my personal experience, I have found that frequent energy clearing has greatly increased the accuracy of my intuitive abilities. Before incorporating regular energy hygiene and maintenance practices, my readings were often cloudy and unclear. However, after incorporating daily meditation and energy healing practices into my routine, I noticed that ​​my readings were more clear and accurate. I was able to identify and release any energy blocks that were preventing me from manifesting my goals.

It is important to note that different techniques may work better for different individuals, and it may take some experimentation to find the best practices for you. Additionally, it is important to listen to your body and pay attention to any signals it may be sending you. If a certain technique or practice is not resonating with you, it may be best to try something else.

For example, I personally have a strong intuition about people and situations. When I first met my current partner, I immediately had a strong sense that they were trustworthy and kind-hearted, despite not having a lot of evidence to support this feeling. As I got to know them better, my intuition was proven to be correct, and they have since become a loving and supportive partner in my life.

On the other hand, anxiety for empaths can stem from the overwhelming emotions and energy that they are constantly absorbing from those around them. Anxiety is often accompanied by physical symptoms such as increased heart rate, sweating, and muscle tension, as well as negative thoughts and irrational fears. Anxiety can also be chronic, recurring, and long-term.

For example, I have also experienced a lot of anxiety due to my empathetic nature. I tend to take on the emotions of others, which can be overwhelming at times. I have learned to identify when my anxiety stems from external sources, like an argument with a friend or a negative news story, as opposed to my own personal fears.

One way for empaths to tell the difference between intuition and anxiety is to pay attention to the physical sensations that they experience. Intuition is typically accompanied by a sense of calm and ease, while anxiety is often accompanied by physical symptoms such as tension and increased heart rate.

Another way for empaths to distinguish between intuition and anxiety is to pay attention to the thoughts and emotions that are accompanying the feeling. Intuition is often accompanied by a sense of knowing or certainty, while anxiety is often accompanied by negative and irrational thoughts.

Additionally, empaths can also pay attention to the timing and duration of the feeling. Intuition tends to be quick, sudden, and a one-time event, whereas anxiety tends to be long-term, recurrent, or chronic.

This is because mindfulness and presence can help to quiet the mind and open the senses, allowing empaths to attune to the subtle energies and impressions that are characteristic of psychic experiences.

Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. Developed by Gary Craig in the 1990s, EFT is based on the idea that negative emotions and physical pain are caused by disruptions in the body's energy system. By tapping on specific points on the body, called meridian points, EFT aims to balance the body's energy and alleviate negative emotions, pain, and other physical symptoms.

EFT is a simple and easy-to-learn technique that can be used by anyone, regardless of their age or background. It involves tapping on specific points on the body, such as the side of the hand, the top of the head, and the collarbone, while focusing on a specific negative emotion or belief. The tapping stimulates the meridian points and is thought to balance the body's energy, allowing the negative emotion or belief to be released.

EFT has been used to address a wide range of emotional and physical issues, including anxiety, depression, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), pain, and addiction. It has also been used to improve performance in sports, business, and other areas.

EFT can be particularly beneficial for empaths, who are highly sensitive individuals who absorb the emotions of others. From my own personal experience, I have found EFT to be a powerful tool for managing my anxiety and depression. As an empath and I often found myself overwhelmed by the emotions of others. EFT helped me to release negative emotions and beliefs that I had absorbed from others and to create emotional boundaries that protect me from the emotions of others. Especially during difficult times such as becoming a kidney donor for my son, EFT helped me to process and release the emotions that I was feeling and helped me to manage my anxiety and depression in a healthy and positive way.

I believe that each new year is a chance for us to start fresh, to let go of the past and embrace the present. It's a time to set new goals, to make new plans, and to open ourselves up to new possibilities. And as empaths, I believe that this new year is a chance for us to use our unique gifts for a higher purpose.

Our empathic abilities allow us to connect with others on a deep level and to offer comfort, support, and understanding when it is needed most. They also allow us to sense when something is not right and to use our voices and actions to bring about positive change in the world.
