I love adding a ½ teaspoon of rose water to my water - a little goes a long way so don’t over do it. (Rose water can be purchased online or at your favorite Persian store) . To add ambiance, I put on some mood music, light my favorite candle and meditate holding a crystal or two. . I also enjoy floating fresh, rose petals on top of the water. . If I’m feeling up to it, I also add some rose tea bags to the water. .
