WHAT IS AN ENERGY CORD?
Energetic connections are made each and every time we begin a relationship. This is known as an Energy Cord. When an energy cord is healthy there is a natural flow of unconditional love between two people. When cords are unhealthy, they can have a negative emotional and physical impact on your life and ultimately diminish your personal power.

Cords do not end when a relationship ends or when someone dies but they are lifelong connections to every single person you have known. In the course of your lifetime you will end up being corded to spouse, lovers -- both current and exes -- friends and family, co-workers and bosses.

​Some cords are beneficial but in some cases they can end up depleting your energy, effecting your self esteem, and diminishing your personal power.  ​
THE IMPACT OF UNHEALTHY ENERGY CORDS
The negative effect of energy cording is different for each person but general symptoms include the inability to move on from past relationships and/or continually being drawn back into unhealthy relationships. In severe cases, people have left their families in hopes of regaining a relationship, lost their jobs, experienced severe weight loss and/or hair loss as well as suffered from the deterioration of their mental and emotional psyche. Although past-relationship cording is most common, you can also be negatively impacted by cords in other ways. Here are a few of the most common ways cords can effect you:
  • You're bothered by energies that do not belong to you
  • You are drawn to the same job, people, or actions even though you "KNOW"that they are not good for you
  • You cannot break free from drugs, alcohol, or other negative habits
  • You feel that you are not 100% emotionally and mentally present 
  • You have been assaulted - sexually or otherwise - and cannot get over it
  • You're experiencing the effects of "cult" mentality. ie. you are in a group and cannot cut ties

SIGNS THAT YOU ARE 'STILL' ENERGETICALLY CORDED TO A PERSON
There are many signs of energy cording. Here are a few that I commonly see in my practice. NOTE: Even if you've had no contact with a person for years, you can still be energetically corded to a person):
  • You think about a person obsessively
  • A person randomly pops into your head
  • You play scenarios of your time together over and over again
  • You have frequent dreams about a person to the point where you're unable to sleep
  • You have imaginary conversations or arguments with a person in your head
  • You have a hard time forgiving yourself and the other person and it prevents you from moving on
  • They randomly come back into your life -- this can be years or months later
  • When you think about a person, you feel drained or become emotionally upset or feel physically unwell
PAST LIVES
​​Cords are created in this lifetime but they can often be found in past lifetimes. The energy imprint can appear in the form of vows and covenants and they are found within your soul's memory called the Akashic Records. The good news is past-life energy cords can be detect and removed.

​I've been removing energy cords for the past 15 years. I used to use a generic cord removal protocol but the results were meh. It wasn't until I created my own cord-removal method that I saw immediate and lasting results.

Cord removal is NOT a one-size-fits all process. ​
There are many nuances to cord removal and if not done properly, the cord(s) may not be completely removed or phantom residual energy may remain. Oftentimes energy cords have 'barbs' similar to a fishing hook and you should never blindly pull to remove a cord or remove an energy cord by cutting it! 

Being an Empath Plays a KEY Role in Energy Cord Removal! 
During your session, I am observing how you are responding to the cord removal 'realtime.' That means I am tracking and observing what is happening to your energy and to the cord when it is being removed so that I can adjust the removal accordingly. Most Energy Cord Removal practitioners aren't Empaths. During the cord removal, it's important to energetically 'see' and empathically 'feel' what is going on with the client as the cord is being released in order to make any necessary adjustments.​
​SOMETIMES FALSE CORDS MASK AS THE REAL CORD
​During my early days of 'generic' energy cord removal, I admit that my cord removal results were not remarkable. It wasn't until I created my own energy cord removal process that it worked. One of the things that I discovered is that energy cords oftentimes mask as 'real' energy cords. There are several reasons why this happens but more importantly, if an energy cord practitioner is unaware of this intricate, but highly important detail, the cord will NOT be removed. It is imperative that the REAL cord is found and removed or the cord removal will not work.​ 
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CORD IS REMOVED?
Most people hesitate in removing energy cords because they fear the loss of a relationship, especially when it involves a family member. When cords are removed, it doesn’t necessarily mean that a relationship will end. It simply means that the dysfunctional energy is removed and as a result, emotional and sometimes physical pain, is released. You can still have a relationship with a person but the interaction will change. In many cases, it will be noticeable to the person who you were energetically corded to. There are many positive effects of cord removal. Here are a few of them:
  • Feeling a sense of lightness and well-being
  • Becoming energetically unburdened
  • Current relationships start to manifest in a whole new way
  • You are able to start new relationships without the influence of past relationships
  • Regaining a sense of personal freedom
  • Releasing, healing or let go of negative influences

  • Being able to heal past issues dealing with forgiveness, anger, control or jealously
WHY MOST CORD REMOVALS DON'T WORK
Here's what most practitioners won't tell you... You must be prepared to release the cord or else the cord removal will not be permanently released. If you are still trying to get back into a relationship with an ex -- even if it's subconsciously -- the cord WILL be released for the time being but you may end up getting back into the relationship to receive more lessons. I'm telling you this upfront because I don't want to waste your time, energy or money.
