How to Prepare for Your Clarity Coaching Session:
Because our time together is limited, my preference is to work with questions. Please write down them down in the order of importance and I will get to as many as I can in the time allotted. I do not need photographs or back stories prior to your session unless asked. That way I am not influenced by any prior knowledge of your circumstances and/or the people involved and the integrity of the reading remains in tact. I will call you to start your session, preferably using Facetime.
How It Works:
I'll start your session by scanning your energetic field. This will reveal why you might be feeling stuck, confused or blocked. Next, I'll start answering your questions and then segue into coaching, which will offer you options and solutions to help you heal, move forward and experience growth. Many clients report a shift in the way they think and feel after one session and each time we work together, they feel better and better.

At the end of your session, I will look for any challenges and/or opportunities that might be coming your way in the next 3 months. I will then summarize my observations and finish by sharing the possible future outcome. *This portion of your session lasts approximately 5 minutes. During this time, I will only be relaying information and not answering additional questions)

I consider the work that I do sacred and as such, I only work through Source energy. Any and all information given is for your best and highest good and for those surrounding the situation. If you feel that you are getting the reading because you are feeling pressured to do so, please re-consider booking. Please note that your session may be a combination of behavioral/success coaching, intuition, EFT or NLP -- I will utilize the later if you are energetically blocked.
During your reading, your guides, angels and healing teams, collectively known as Spirit, will gift you with information to help you understand your life’s circumstances from a spiritual perspective and the lessons that your soul is receiving. However, you always have the gift of free will and the power to change your future outcome. To get the most out of your upcoming reading, please take a moment to set an intention prior to your session.
Please keep in mind that Spirit will only give you the information that you are open to receiving. The more relaxed, open and receptive you are the more information you will be given. If you are blocked, it will hinder the ability for them to give you messages. Blocks come in the form of: Resistance, fear, skepticism, and doubt. Again, having any or all of these will block Spirit from manifesting information during your reading.
I do my best to create a safe and open atmosphere for my clients and I invite you to be fully present and authentic knowing that there will be no judgment of any situations or circumstances that are presented. What we receive in life are opportunities, disguised as life lessons, that we have all come here to experience and learn from while on this earthly plane.
Know that you have come to heal and in the process you may vent, cry, and release in whatever manner feels comfortable for you. These are natural & normal responses while processing, so please give yourself permission to release.
How to Prepare for Your Reiki Session:
You may sit up or lay down during your session. Wearing comfortable clothing is advised. You have a choice between receiving a 'silent' Reiki treatment or Merry dialoging about the information she receives. Please let Merry know which method you prefer. *As a courtesy I record all Reiki sessions via Zoom. This allows you to watch your Reiki session occur in real time. however, for reasons that are out of my control, Zoom does not always work properly and sessions do not record. If this does occur, please accept my apologies upfront.
Cancellation Policy:
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. All sessions start on time. If you arrive late, that time will be deducted from your session. I'd hate to see that happen and I know you would too so please arrive on time.
