How To Prepare for your Experience
The Intuitive Reading Process.
- To ensure an accurate intuitive reading, our focus during the session will be on answering your questions. Prioritise and list them by importance, and I will address as many as time allows.
- Personal information or photographs are NOT required prior to your reading. This helps me maintain my objectivity and the reading's integrity.
- Once we speak, I say and/or write your name, I usually know why you've come. If I ask a question, a simple 'yes or no' will do until we segue into coaching then we will have a back-and-forth conversation.
- I may employ Tarot cards, other divination tools, or rely solely on my psychic abilities.
- Throughout the session, you might notice occasional moments where I look away as I communicate with the subconscious mind and/or channel information.
- I will not remember what is said during your session, so rather than take notes, which will pull your focus away from the reading, *record your session.

- Spend time in reflection. Ponder areas where you feel stuck or blocked. Recognise your hindrances and what you wish to achieve during your session.
- Set an Intention: Prior to your session, crystallise your goals. Whether spoken aloud or written down, clear intentions maintain focus.
- Create a Tranquil Setting: Sit silently for a few minutes uninterrupted or do something that brings relaxation.
- Embrace Openness: Embrace openness and honesty about your experiences, even if they seem uncomfortable.
- Mediumship, aka, Messages from Beyond only: Anticipate messages from loved ones, regardless of whether you knew them in this lifetime. Alongside intuitive guidance and grief coaching, these messages aid in navigating grief and finding closure. While loved ones won't provide psychic predictions or locate items, they offer comfort, support, and insight into current issues. How to Prepare for Your Entity Removal, Holy Fire Reiki® and Breakup Recovery Session:
The preparation is the same as above, plus the following information:
- Select a Comfortable Space: Whether seated or lying down, choose a position that brings you ease.
- Dress for Comfort: Opt for comfy attire, and keep essentials like water, a towel and tissues close.
- Recording Information: Note that virtual sessions will be recorded via Streamyard. Though similar to Zoom, third-party recording might not always function smoothly. In such cases, I apologise in advance.
